Participation fee
The participation fee includes registration, room (Hampton by Hilton Astana Triumphal Arch) and board, local sightseeing and a one-day excursion.
The participation fee is payable in advance by credit or debit card. Full payment must be received no later than June 15, 2023.

The participation fee will be collected in Kazakhstani Tenge (the corresponding equivalent in US dollars and Euros is given below):
- Single room: 595 Euro
- Double room: 460 Euro per person
- Participants not requiring accommodation: 295 Euro per person
